Heaven on Earth
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
002.001 A.L.M.
002.002 That Book, no doubt in it guidance to those who fear Allah.
002.003 Who believe in the Unseen, and establish prayer and spend out of what We have given them.
002.004 And who believe in that which has been revealed to you and that which was revealed before you and are certain of the hereafter.
002.005 Those are on guidance from their Lord and those are the successful.
002.148 To each is a goal towards which he turns, therefore hasten to good deeds, wherever you are, Allah brings you all together, surely Allah has power over all things.
002.261 The parable of those who spend their property in the way of Allah is as the parable of a grain growing seven ears, in every ear hundred grains, and Allah multiplies for whom He pleases, and Allah is All-Embracing, All-Knowing.
034.039 Say, verily my Lord spreads and restricts the sustenance for whom He wills of his servants, and whatever thing you spend He exceeds it in reward, and He is the best of Sustainers.
014.007 And when your Lord made it known: If you are grateful, I shall give you more, but if you are ungrateful, My chastisement is truly severe.
004.147 What shall Allah do with your punishment, if you were grateful and believed. And Allah is the Multiplier of rewards, Knowing.
016.075 Allah sets forth a parable, a slave the property of another, he has no power over anything, and one whom We have granted from Us a goodly sustenance so he spends from it secretly and openly; are their examples alike? Praise be to Allah, but most of them do not know.
016.076 And Allah sets forth a parable of two men, one of them is dumb not able to do anything, and he is a burden to his master; wherever he sends him, he brings no good. Can he be held equal with him who enjoins what is just, and he is on a right path?
020.132 And enjoin prayer on your family, and be patient therein, We ask not of you a provision, We provide for you, and the sequel is for righteousness.
057.011 Who is that who will Loan to Allah a goodly loan? So He will double it for him, and he shall have an excellent reward.
041.033 And who is better in speech than he who called to Allah and did good, and said I am of those who submit?
041.034 And not alike are the good and the evil. Repel with what is better, then will he between whom and you was enmity, as if he were an intimate friend.
041.035 And none will attain it but those who were patient, and none will attain it but one of a mighty good fortune.
003.133 And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a Garden whose width is that of the heavens and of the earth, prepared for the righteous.
057.021 Race one with another for forgiveness from your Lord and a Garden whose width is that of the heavens and of the earth, prepared for those who believed in Allah and His messengers, that is the grace of Allah, He gives it to whom He pleases, and Allah is the Lord of mighty grace.
057.028 O you who believed, mind your duty to Allah and believe in His Messenger, He will give you two portions of His mercy, and will provide for you a Light which you walk with, and forgive you, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
From the Prophet’s sayings, peace be upon him:
“Heaven is closer to one of you than his shoe lace, and hell is so also”. Bukhari: 6488
“If anyone amongst you performs the ablution, and then completes the ablution well and then says: I testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the servant of Allah and His Messenger, the eight gates of Paradise would be opened for him and he may enter by whichever of them he wishes”. Muslim: Book 002, Number 0451
“By Him In whose hand my life is, paradise and hell were displayed before me across this wall, while I was praying. And I never saw like today, of good and evil”. Bukhari: 7294
And here is what Jesus Christ peace be upon him, said about the kingdom of God:
“It will not come by watching for it. It will not be said, ’Look, here it is, ’or ’Look, there it is.’ Rather the father’s kingdom is spread out upon the earth, and people do not see it”
“If your leaders say to you, ’Look, the kingdom is in heaven, ‘then the birds of heaven will precede you. If they say to you, ‘It is in the sea,’ then the fish will precede you. Rather, the kingdom is inside you and it is outside you”
"Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God; but to the rest in parables; that seeing they may not see, and hearing they may not understand.” Lu 8: 10
