“Judiciary Authorities”
During the utter silence regarding the Trumpet Universe research and the meanings of the opening letters of the Quran, I sank between 2005 and 2007 in a chain of “Medical mistakes” at Hamad Hospital. And in 2007 I woke up to the size of the nightmare caused by Hamad Hospital to my son, and I continued working on my research in circumstances fit for the conditions of the approaching doom. I continued writing to the scholars of fortune, concerning the meanings of the opening letters of the Quran and the greatest theory related to the universe in the Quran, and continued also following up after the criminals responsible for the crimes against my son and me. For more than a year I chased after the report for my son from Rumaila Hospital, I took it on plain white paper, no corporation name and no stamp, the doctor who wrote it stamped and signed it on his responsibility, and stated in it that the file was missing.
I became certain after consulting with the lawyers I saw, that I must hire a big firm for my cases against Hamad Hospital. The cost for a case with them is 100 to 200 thousand riyals. Going to the court without a lawyer as one of them warned, would mean definite loss and then I will be sued for exposing the reputation of the hospital. Another lawyer advised that the many medical mistakes are a reason for suspicion, and another warned that Hamad Hospital is not an easy adversary, it needs someone capable to stand up for them. Another advised of the importance of getting the report from them, the proof that my son was treated at their hospital, saying that the files get hidden and their contents erased or forged. The most descent among them sent me to a doctor friend who persuaded me to drop my case saying that cases against hamad Hospital are in thousands and that a case in a thousand passes because there is an army of fierce judges and lawyers who are recruited to defend Hamad Hospital, and he warned me even of sending my complaints to them, saying that they will drag me to courts.
After pulling the confession lately, of Rumaila’s crime against my son from them, I reported to the Public Prosecution building on the 14th of October, when they advised to separate my complaints to four separate cases, and the fees for submitting each case at the courts is 3000 Riyals, I was advised that I cannot represent my cases at the courts, I have to hire a lawyer. Yet four lawyers, as no one dare to take four cases against big government establishments. I was called by the Sadd police station, on Sunday the 30th of November to come submit my reports again and was told to go to the police medical investigations centre. These are the same police stations that I tried to report Hamad Hospital’s threat to me before and they refused to take my consent, after I was directed to five police stations I was advised to talk to the head of the police stations and was warned to be cautious.
The National Committee for Human Rights
On the 10th of August I had written to international human rights organizations, only Amnesty replied. Neither did the European court nor the United Nations court, the one responsible for the corruption of governments and the miseries of nations. I received their reply on the 28th of August directing me to the Qatari National Human Rights Committee. I wrote to the head of the Legal department, Mr. Muhamad Al Shaiba, requesting assistance in attaining my legal rights from Hamad Hospital, but he left his position few days later, and I was directed to Miss Ghada. After few calls she told me that my case is not within their capacity, I have to go to the courts. I said I will write back to Amnesty to tell them what happened, she then said I can call in three days. Where I was given an appointment with Mr. Muhamad Al Balini, the head of their Legal section, who was alarmed by my tone and he tried threatening that I should watch my words. I understood from him that they can enquire from Hamad Hospital but my son has to be present to receive the treatment, if his surgery can be done at Hamad Stable. I said never they will see his shoe anymore. I was told that they can provide me with a lawyer through the committee, but I have to concentrate on one case, because I will not find a lawyer who will accept many cases, I had brought them five cases. I said yes five cases for two people against four establishments! That will sure look like commotion against government establishments. Mr. Muhamad Al Balini is still looking for a lawyer for my case. He could have informed me that I can get a lawyer through the courts, but maybe he knows what kind of discomfit is involved in that. It seemed that Mr. Al Balini would benefit much from a course outside, may be to Amnesty’s branch in America. But then he might see that they have laws and systems that guarantee citizens rights and would come back to claim the same, for example!
Attempts with “Qatari Authorities” regarding the six reports and the multiple crimes committed against my son and me
9th of September, I obtained the Rumaila Report, after more than one year of chasing Hamad Hospital. The report that testifies that after five years of treatment, my son requires a serious surgery, and that the file is “missing”.
12 October I received the report from Canada stating that my son needs an operation for his jaw.
14th of September, I went to hand the report to the Public Prosecution, but the chief Mr. Ali Khalil said I have to separate my cases in four reports. He did not believe that I have a confession report from Rumaila and advised to stick to the complaints in my reports.
16th of October, I handed the four separate reports, to the secretary of the head of the police department. I was kept for an hour, then I was told that they will contact me if there is a need.
21st of October, I went to the court in Al Dafna, where I was told that the cost of submitting each case to the courts is 3000 Riyals. I said the Public Prosecution requested that I split them into five cases. He said the Police will not benefit you in anyway, the might charge the accused for the damages, but you must open a case with the court, and there are request forms for exemption of costs.
22nd of October, I went to talk to consult with a judge, who refused to talk and directed me to the ground floor, to fill a form for a case. I was directed to the Dafna Court. I felt embarrassed that many knew I am applying for exemption of the fees to the court. But I will ask the judge on the day of the appointment, should I lose more because of Hamad Hospital’s crimes?
23rd of October, I talked to the head of the registrar at the court, Mr. Mahmoud Abul Ula, he said that legal cases are costly and advised that hiring a lawyer is a must. I do not need a lawyer, I have a confession from the hospital of their crime to my son, and I have all the reports for my cases. He said that I have to hire a lawyer.
26th of October, I took my letter to the office of the chief Judge in Al Dafna court, his secretary advised that his highness will not look into my letter, I have to apply to the court as the rest of the cases.
4th of November, I called the head of the legal section at the human rights committee, Mr. Muhamad Al Balini was still looking for a lawyer since my last call two weeks ago, he says because I have too many cases. He still looks.
5th of November, the person at the cases registrar at al Dafna Court lead me to the office of the young judge Al Hamar, the embarrassment was less than I expected, he had with him two men at his desk revising cases, and two young Qatari guys sitting on the couch. Few minutes later the head of the registrar Mr. Muhamad Al Sharqi, who was called to attend, arrived. Do you work? No. Your ID Card? He refused my son’s cases because the authorization was not available, and said that he should attend for the cases. Where does your husband work? In Sport’s City. How much is his salary? I said he does not want to be involved in legal cases. He invoked the writer, that she was exempted of the fees because of the hard financial situation, here he raised his voice and stressed it. Before I left I gave him my website card, saying a website for the Quran that soon will be published in a book in two languages by God’s will. (It will have a lead to their stories also). I was given two appointments for my hearings, 30th of November and 24th of December. My son’s cases were not added to my cases and my cases on different hearings. Few days later I decided to cancel the hearings.
29th of November, in the evening I entered two new pages on my website, “Religious Authorities” and “Human Rights” about my research and my attempts with Qatari authorities, and wrote, the details will soon follow.
30th of November at 8 in the morning, I received a call from Al Sadd police station, requesting that I come to report my complaint against Doha Clinic. I said I have four cases, not against Doha Clinic, they are against Hamad, Rumaila, Aspetar hospitals and Doha College. They did not know of the details of my reports that I handed to the Central Police on the 14th of October, but it seems that they received an authorization to take my reports. He requested four separate reports, and came back an hour and a half later asking the young lady officer who spent an hour and a half recording Aspetar’s report, to be brief and to add the reports together. Then he decided that they only take the complaint against Hamad Hospital and Doha College. That was after she called him few times inquiring how to deal with the four reports each against a different establishment! She took my two reports against the threat and medical mistakes of Hamad Hospital, and my son’s case against the school that caused him to lose an academic year. And I was told before I left to go to the Medical investigations building. When I enquired about my other cases, I was told to go to the municipal police station for the Rumaila case, and to Al Rayyan station for my case against Aspetar.
1st of December, at the Municipal police station, my complaint against Al Rumaila Hospital was recorded, and they took the reports and the pictures. I said I have a CD with 50 pictues, x-rays and reports, they said to take them tomorrow to the Public Prosecution building with the forged x-ray, because they will send the case there today. I was given a number for the complaint and a tel. number for inquiring.
2nd of December, in Al Rayyan police station, my complaint against Aspetar was reported.
3rd of December, in the Public Prosecution building, the secretary of the chief of the Police Ali Al Khalil directed me to the office of the Municipality chief officer, saying that is because I requested a compensation for my son in my report, and to go file a case at the court for my son. He said to go back to Al Sadd station to get a number for my report, and to go to the medical investigation. At the office of the deputy of the municipality chief officer Mr. Hamad Al Nuaimi, they took my report in detail and I gave them the forged x-ray and the CD with the reports, x-rays and photos. The deputy said that I should file a case at the court, I said I do not have 100 thousand Riyals, he said there is less. I replied that a case against Hamad Hospital demands a capable lawyer.
4th of December, at Al Sadd police station, they sent a person with me with the referral for the medical investigation, I met a doctor, she read the referral form and inquired about my complaint. I said a series of medical mistakes. She apologized for not following up with the case, saying that she helped many people before, but Hamad Hospital filed legal cases against her, and the minister of interior protected her and told her to keep silent at her work. She said that the other doctor left yesterday, and I better come back on the 26th. She told me that they are efficient at their work, they do a full investigation, and they request reports and ask the doctors involved and write full reports. I said I have all my medical tests, she said to bring them with me.
28th of December, Al Sadd police station called me prompting me to go for the medical investigation.
29th of December, I went to the Medical investigations and spoke to Dr. Mona. She said I can leave the files and she will call me in few days. I asked about Dr. Nivine , she said that she is fine but absent today.
8th of January 2009, I went to the Public Prosecution building to ask about my cases. My case with Rumaila left the office of the deputy of the municipality chief officer on the 2nd floor to the chief officer’s office on the 7th floor few days ago, on the 2nd of January and that after one month of taking my testimony and my handing in the reports and the forged x-ray. I asked the chief deputy officer about the procedure of their investigations and what should I expect. He said that the case would be referred to the court after the police investigation. I asked him if it is true that if I lose the case I will be charged by Hamad Hospital, he did not reply. This is a question that also a lawyer would answer. I continued to the medical investigations centre to hand my x-rays. Dr. Mona said that she did not start investigating my case yet because she cannot do so before she receives a request from the Public Prosecution. The referral paper I came with from Alsadd police station is a different issue. I asked about Dr. Nivine, she is still fine but absent today.
11th of January 2009, I called Al Sadd and Al Rayan police stations, they do not know what happened with my cases and they referred me to the Public Prosecution building.
12 January, I went to the central public prosecution head quarters, I said I have four cases in three departments. Is not there one section for inquiries? I was directed to the right floors. The chief officers were at the courts and the secretaries checked their systems and said nothing yet. On my way out I saw a young Jordanian fellow formally dressed up telling the reception officer that he was called because a building worker of theirs died or was killed yesterday, another number among the thousands of workers in the country working under tough conditions.
14 January, the prosecution deputy in charge of my complaint against Aspetar was there, I asked to talk to him, he said that he was going to ask me to come report my complaint, set an appointment for that next Sunday morning and said to bring all my documents. (I had given copies of them with my complaint at Al Rayan station the day I filed the complaint). I asked about the prosecution deputy in charge of my complaint against Hamad Hospital and Doha College, I knocked the door, when I spoke he said Amal? Come in but be quick. I said my case with Hamad hospital needs your approval for the medical investigation. He said that they gave the approval but that was for extra matters. What happened to my complaint against Doha College? He asked me to sit and asked about my cases, at what stations and their numbers, few times. All were in the paper in my hand, but still I got confused from the repeated questions, their destinations and numbers. He said he wanted to make sure I did not double file a complaint. The prosecution deputy did not answer who is responsible for the crime of Doha College, and said that it should be a separate report to be investigated. Should I report it again here? He said no, at Al Sadd Police station.
15 January, Al Sadd station, strict lieutenant Rashid was out, I was directed to an officer, who asked in distress about my son’s age, do I have authorization from him, and how old is he? I said that he is in Canada getting treatment for the hideous crime against him at Rumaila Dental Hospital. He directed me to a major’s office, who said that the order to separate the reports must come officially from the prosecution, he called them and said I should check with the prosecution.
18 January, my report against Aspetar was taken, and at the office of the general prosecution officer following my cases against Hamad Hospital, I was told to tell them to at Al Sadd to file a complaint from scratch.
20 January. I re-filed the complaint against Doha College.
5 February, after I finished following up with my complaint at Al Ahli hospital, six months after my right shoulder’s injury during mammography, and after the management failed in following up with my complaint and treatment, and after I faced an open lack of decency and manners from the management’s office, I took my report to a police station. The lady officer there said that complaints against Al Ahli are rising. When she asked if I had met anyone in the management, I said the manager, he said that they brought him from the Emirates, he was a bank manager. And about my requests from the report, I said this is my sixth report and I do not expect any use but I am doing what I should do, the officer replied that things take time but then it depends who is complaining and who the complaint is against. Another officer came and took over my report, she said that a woman was rushed to the Women’s Hospital from Al Ahli, after a severe hemorrhage following an abortion, where it turned out that the dead fetus is still there and she suffered from poisoning. I hope these officers are not punished for their honesty but I want to speak out. When I was asked if I complained to the management and what was their reply, I said the open lack of ethics is what convinced me to file the report. Signs are filling the streets about Al Ahli’s love lately.
Four months have passed since I handed the four complaints to the head officer at the Public Prosecution building, they have the Rumaila confession report and the forged x-ray and they are still investigating, and a two month and a half since Al Sadd police station called me to give my report again about the series of Hamad Hospital crimes against me and Doha College crime against my son. And I continued then to the Municipal police station to report the crime of Rumaila hospital against my son and to Al Rayan police station to report Aspetar Hospital’s other medical mistake with me. Officer Rashid at Al Sadd station filled me with suspense when he rushed me to go for the medical checkup at the police medical investigations building, my reports are on the desk there but the doctor is still waiting for the order from the Public Prosecution to start the investigation.
I shall consider that my cases are against the government’s establishments, and that I still cannot afford the costs of hiring lawyers, and shall leave the matter with the Public Prosecution and see the difference of how a regular being gets his rights from an Islamic country or a democratic country following the western lead.
I am still in nowhere, busy with my son’s trouble and worry about him, my daily pain, my writings which just found their way to publishers in Arabia and now to western publishers with some struggle, and I am still waiting for justice but God’s justice is best.
The day I went to the Justice court three months ago to get an authorization for a lawyer, I received a call after two hours, from the manager of the office of Sheikh Jasim, they set an appointment for me on the next day at the Olympics building on the Corniche. I was told then, two months after handing my complaint letter to their office, that they are investigating the complaint and that they will call me. They are still investigating.
I was injured during the three weeks at the physiotherapy at Aspetar, the same time I had intensified my calls, between mid March and Mid April with the Shariaa University at Education City, and Sheikh Qaradawi, and the International Committee of the Muslim Scholars, and during the same week that I called Dr. Zaghloul Al Naggar, and got an appointment with him on the 19th of April, in few days at the Ramada during his two days visit to Doha. But he was prevented from meeting me. I was interrogated about the details of my life and my family’s, by a young Qatari girl while I was waiting in the lobby in the Ramada, exactly as the questions of the population and the health census, who came frequently to my house, with very private questions on their long agendas during that time. To my house in particular from the many houses in our compound, to take information concerning very private details and some with vulgarity and impudence. A thick file with questions like how much is my personal spending per month? Do I have any revenues from patents or books? How many phone lines do we have and what are they? Who do we visit and how often? And many very private inquiries about certain known facts to them, like our life and my children’s way of living, their friends and their commitment to religious practices, especially my daughter and her way of dressing.
I was injured at Aspetar during the same week, on the 22nd, the fifth session on my therapy schedule at Aspetar. I had waited for 40 days for my first appointment since my referral by Doctor Mattew from Aspetar, I was told there was a long waiting list, and not to expect a call before two months. When I was called and given the name of an Arabic therapist, I felt troubled. The only idiot they have, the one assigned for my treatment, decided to try on me two new therapies that she had just learned from the visiting Canadian specialist who gave them a seminar. I discovered that later. Those therapies that the doctor said he did not prescribe and she failed at heeding to my constant warnings, to watch and ask her supervisor and the doctor. At the end they decided that I was already prone the injury as stated by the reports that I brought with me before the therapy.
And my shoulder that got injured few months ago? Of how many mammographies do they press the “Right shoulder” at Al Ahli Hospital?
I know that all my moves are watched.
And I know that to claim your rights from an international mafia you have to be capable. By God’s will they will pay dearly for what they did to my son and me. My book is being prepared for publishing, the English and Arabic copies, and it will have the address of my website, and on my website details that will get my rights after the news of the book spread and my cases, even if I do not get my legal rights. And my life story with the details of the last years is also ready in two languages.
After the threat I received things entered the no return direction. I will continue writing the details of what happens on my website as long as I live.
The Medical Investigation
How will the klebsiella I got at the physiotherapy centre of Hamad Hospital be checked.
The failure of treating it and hiding its name and nature from me, it’s staying and posing a dormant threat on my life.
It’s causing the hyperthyroid after three weeks from the infection, and the lack of treatment for nine months, when the TSH was zero despite my follow up visits at Hamad Hospital.
That causing the fast deterioration of my eye sight, the severe dryness and the bacterial infection in my eyes for months.
That also causing my hypertension, and the lousy treatment for months despite the constant readings of 180 over 130 at Hamad Hospital.
The deterioration of my bones and the lack of treatment despite the many follow ups for months at the orthopedic clinics at Hamad Hospital.
That causing the break in the last spinal vertebrae, and it’s stupid treatment at Hamad Hospital physiotherapy centre where I was made to sit on ice bags, which lead to the wrong healing of the bone and will cause me pain when sitting for the rest of my life.
And the deterioration of my spine and pelvic bones and my constant need for physiotherapy.
They can revise my medical file from Hamad Hospital visits and my 200 tests and X-rays and MRIs
And the injury caused by Aspetar, that requires a hysterectomy.
And my shoulder that got squeezed recently at Al Ahli during a mammography. Should I make a fifth report.
I was told that all that happened to me because I am fifty, I have five medical files, more than 200 papers all during the year and a half after Qatar Petroleum clinic referred me the women’s hospital, to investigate lower abdominal pain. Before that I used to visit Qatar Petroleum Clinic three times a year on average, for ten years. I weighed 63 Kilos, with no cholesterol or hypertension or other.
What about my son, after the crime they did to him, and how it will affect him, and the two more years ahead of surgeries and treatment, above what they did to him during the five years of orthodontic treatment at the hands of the senior orthodontic consultant at Rumaila Dental Hospital, the affiliated with Hamad Hospital. And why does the criminal enjoy such a privilege, him and Saad Al Kaabi the medical director who covered him and moved him aside, but was allowed to stay for a year to finish his cases. And who is behind his promotion and move to the new Future clinic.
After few visits and inquiries, and after I handed 200 medical reports very organized with all my x-rays and MRI’s and my summaries showing the dates of the visits and the relation between the details and the injuries, where Dr. Mona re questioned and told me that these papers are not official, I explained that she can use them as a reference and compare them to the medical files, Dr. Mona explained to me her point of view that I was already prone to osteoporosis and that the endocrinology doctors were following up with my treatment as my visit records show, where I had to explain to Dr. Mona that my serious bone problems are not normal, and that my hyper thyroid three weeks after the klebsiella is a direct reaction to the infection and it is also questionable, the leaving me with TSH 0 for nine months without adequate treatment and specially that Hamad Hospital is the only hospital that has the thyroid medication, and that the Klebsiella infection was the beginning of my troubles, and that when it recurred in January 2008, in the uterus this time, Dr. Naser Al Ansari head of diseases at Hamad Hospital refused to treat it saying mockingly that who treats it needs treatment, implying that I am dead. I went to another clinic and got treated with Antibiotics, but the last test shows that if it comes back there are no antibiotics left that it did develop immunity to. And that they were negligent in treating my bones, and that the five MRI’s asked by five daoctors did not reach the coccyx, and that they all referred me to physiotherapy at Hamad Hospital with forms that state that I have coccydenia, where I was made to sit on ice bags!
Public Prosecution Investigations
After I presented all my 200 proofs and summaries that are extremely short and clear, and explained more, Doctor Mona from the police medical investigations, the doctor authorized by the public prosecution to investigate my complaints, after she had tried many times to persuade me that all that happened to me was normal and that I was already prone for these problems, she called me on February 10, telling me that she cannot find any proof that I was treated at Hamad Hospital’s physiotherapy centre, she did find the women’s hospital’s file with the referrals to physiotherapy however, but they do not state what for? She wants me to bring the file or evidence that I received treatment there. I said when we were waiting for my son’s endoscopy, a head nurse there complained that the sum of paper work they are asked to do, does not leave them time to care for the patients and that was because of the JCI award that they were competing to get. Where did the physiotherapy file disappear? Doctor Al Kaabi was reading my detailed letters. The lawyers know that Hamad Hospital files disappear and their contents get forged, you must have enough information about that. She said that without the evidence she cannot help. I said you can ask Rahma and Aurora, they can testify that they treated me. Any way I do not expect them to admit their crimes but I will follow up and do what I should and my next step is waiting, to take my cases to the European Court of Human rights. My son who suffered for six years because of them and still is, they offered to fix their crime in their primitive slaughter house, the surgery hospital that looks like the moving houses of construction sites workers, with the training doctors with international standards, I will post its pictures beside the legendary Pearl project and the Islamic museum.
The disappearance of my file is enough proof for me.
Are all these coincidences? Are they mere medical mistakes?
And what is the cause behind their utter silence after my letters to them, that contained above all the details of their mistakes, such open accusations. My complaint letters to Hamad Hospital reached fifty pages. Saad Al Kaabi knows where they ended, and those higher than him also know. And God knows what He will do with them, in the less nearer torment before the bigger punishment. For them I left “Doors to Hell” on my website. My letters included the full details surrounding the chain of medical mistakes against me, and the details of their crime against my son, and above all their truth.
Rumaila Hospital Case
18 January, after few calls to know the results of the medical investigations and after an employee at the public prosecution advised me to wait for the results of the investigations I filed an application to the civil court. I attached with it the details of the report I handed earlier to the public prosecution with the reports, my translation and some pictures, I was given a case number 89 year 2009 and I paid 3000 riyals, the first hearing was scheduled on 15th of February. The court hall in the justice building on the 8th floor by the corniche, is the size of a classroom, a long desk for the judge and underneath a small desk for the clerk, from seats for the black robes circulating the room and the building like the hamours in water. At nine the judge came in with his two assistants, the clerk put the stack of files on their desk and took his seat. Each case was called on in turn, and the judge told each attendant briefly what was done and the date of the next hearing, whether for informing the other party, to reply to a memo or for the final verdict. When my son’s name was called, the judge said that the other parties will be called on, and the next hearing is on the 15th of March. I left to Lebanon between 1st and 13th March.
15March, I was surprised to find out that the hearing is like the previous one, only handing in or informing regarding what went on and what is the next hearing for, there were no witnesses, accused or other. And when my son’s name was called, the judge was angry. He gave me a memo and said to fix the shape of my memo, and he pointed to the guy next to me (could be the representative of the other party) to give me another memo, he replied to my inquiry! Saying after the hearing, and said that the next hearing is for the verdict. I went back to my place not knowing what I missed or what I am supposed to do. I reviewed the papers, a memo said that that Hamad Hospital’s lawyer is suing Sivam for hiding the file, and another memo from him saying that my the presentation of my case is not fit for answering to it. What am I supposed to do and when and the next hearing is for the verdict! The hearing finished and the judge with his assistants and the clerk left. I went to ask the clerk about what is meant by fixing the shape of the case? He replied to fix the information on the first page, the name of the hospital and the doctor. I asked if I can request a lawyer from the court, the clerk directed me to another office where I wrote a letter to the judge and I was told that the reply would be back in 3 days. I called and was told that the judge refused my request saying that that is for the consummation. What am I supposed to do with the other party’s memo and when am I to reply and the next hearing is for the verdict? Why does the clerk say that I should fix the first page only?
After the hearing on the 15th of March, I spent the whole day rewriting the memo in a more detailed and organized manner, and I also photocopied more reports and listed them in a way that supports the details. When I called the public prosecution to ask about the investigations for my cases, I knew that the complaints against Doha College and Al Ahli Hospital were reserved, and I could not get an answer regarding the other three on the phone. One guy intended to mislead me concerning the number of Aspetar’s report and caused me to have to make many calls until I assured him that Al Rayan police station affirms the number I gave him for the report, at the end he said that nothing has been done concerning it. For the rest of the week I was busy trying to find a lawyer who would accept to take the case without advance payments in return for 50% of the compensation money.
I turned to following up with the public prosecution investigations. I called the office of the Rayan public prosecution on the 19th of March to ask about the investigations, his assistant said that I can come talk to him next Sunday morning. When I went I said that doctor Mona says she cannot investigate before she receives an order to do so, Mr. Ahmad Izzat replied that they will send telling her to speed up the investigation. I asked to see the public prosecutor of the Municipality Mr. Eid Al Muhannadi, to hand the new memo with more pictures for my son’s case against Rumaila Hospital, I was told to come back the next morning. The next day I handed the new details to the public prosecutor of the Municipality area, he inquired about the number of my reports, and asked about the Rayan report, saying that Aspetar hospital is one of the best, and asked about my complaint, I said I was injured during the physiotherapy, three doctors said that I needed a surgery and that the exercises were not suitable neither for my age or case. I asked that my report be added to the previous one and said that I will bring the legal translation of the reports in few days when it is ready.
I consulted with a lawyer who explained my fault in handing the memo to the court and why I should hire a lawyer for that. Had I learned that I could hire a lawyer to write the memo for 3000 I would not have killed my case like this. May be I would write a guide for obtaining legal rights and dealing with the Qatari legal system. I passed by the court in Al Sadd to ask Mr. Mahmoud Abu Alula to recommend a lawyer who would write the memo. While I was waiting in the hallway, I saw the office for family legal consultations. I entered and asked if they have an office for criminal cases consultations, they replied that I can speak to a legal advisor. She asked if Hamad hospital has offered a legal settlement, because that was the norm with them, and she said that since they have filed a case against the doctor, it looks most likely that they would agree to a settlement. Mr. Abu Alula gave me two names, I went to see them the next day, maybe one of them would take the case or would accept to consult regarding the memo.
29th March, some of the lawyers said that I should hand in my memo on the day of the hearing, and some said that I have till the day before the hearing. I went to the court clerk, the one who was present at my hearing, and handed him the corrected first page as he said. After consulting with a legal consultant that afternoon, and inquiring about what was really meant by what the judge said that the next hearing is for the final verdict, and that I was supposed nevertheless to correct my memo, that he said that I should correct the whole memo and hand it in with the first page, I should apply again exactly as I did the first time, but written in a legal format, including the reports and the legal translation, along with the reply to the other party’s memo in two copies, one for the court and one for the other party. I went back the next morning to retrieve the paper from the clerk, the next day I handed in all my papers, the same memo I handed to the public prosecution but written through a legal consultant. I could have handed it the right way from the beginning, had someone bothered to tell me that I could pay a lawyer to write me the memo, instead of assuring me that I have to hire a lawyer for my case. If the court clerk who is the one supposed to tell me what is meant by correcting the shape of my memo and what am I supposed to do, he assured me that I should correct the first page, and only after I asked him yesterday how much time do I have to reply to the other party’s memo that he said at least two weeks before the next hearing, where am I supposed to know? Since the court building does not offer any instructions related to the court’s system, except assuring that you need a lawyer, and they do not offer one even if your case was about a crime committed by the governments hospital, and since the court clerk like the rest of the court employees does not give information related to the secrets of the business.
9th April, I went to the court to ask the court clerk if there is anything new, any memos for me. He gave me the files that I had given him on 31st March saying that he gave them to the judge and he said to give them back to me and that I should bring them on the day of the hearing. Is not the next hearing for the verdict? He said no.
The Medical Fabrications
Doctor Mona Mustafa from the medical investigations, had told me earlier that she called me few times but I did not reply, and that the numbers of the reports that I gave her were wrong, when she call the public prosecution chief Osama Marwan, he tells her that they are not right and that there is a confusion in my reports. I said that I have a copy of the authorization you received in January to investigate all my reports including my sonès case with Doha College which caused his to lose a year and with the report their confession of their responsibility to that matter, it seems they authorized you to investigate that also! She did not comment and asked when I was going to leave, I said around the end of April. She said that she will call me before I leave, and if she forgets that I should call her to remind her before I leave. I checked my mobile and house phone; there was only one call from her on the house phone, 2nd of March the morning after the day I left to Lebanon. I called her two days later and told her that I searched for her number on my mobile and house phone and that she only called once the day after I left to Lebanon, and I asked her about my son’s case and the recent papers I handed to the public prosecution yesterday 22nd of March, and if they sent them to her, she said that they did not send her anything and she wanted to check the cases numbers. She said I could come now to bring them to her. I called the clerks from her desk, where Mr. Ismat the assistant for the public prosecutor assured her that the numbers of my reports were right. She threw the blame on the chief of the prosecution Mr. Osama Marwan, who told her that my reports were not separated which caused a confusion in their numbers, I said that my reports were handed separated to the chief of prosecution Mr. Ali Khalil on the 14th of October, a month and a half later they were recorded in the police stations, and that is because four police stations refused to take my reports in the beginning because they are against Hamad Hospital. I showed her their dates and numbers. Doctor Mona said that she did not proceed with investigating except in my complaint against Hamad Hospital, she said she wanted to double check the numbers I have that I had given her earlier today on the phone, and she refused to take a copy of the papers from my son’s case saying that she did not receive an authorization regarding that, but she showed sincere interest to look at my son’s case, and she paid attention to my facial expressions when I showed her the pictures! I live a continuous nightmare since two years, my son is alone in Canada struggling with sickness, the demands of his college and I am stuck here wrestling with criminals, and she checks me with precision instead of doing her job! I did not know what happened regarding the lost file in the physiotherapy, and where did they reach in their investigations, since she had told me on the 10th of February that my physiotherapy file is missing, and she asked me if I could get it or get a proof that I was treated there. I replied then that if they cannot bring it, how am I supposed to? I also said that she could ask Rahma and Aurora at the physiotherapy about it.
29th March, I took an explanation letter regarding the numbers of my reports and their dates to the head of the public prosecution Mr. Osama Marwan, he said that the confusion was because of the number of my reports. I said my letter here clears that the fault is from your side and that my reports have their separate dates and numbers (Reports to the Police page). When I told him that Doctor Mona says that she cannot start the investigations because of this confusion, he said that she is only authorized to investigate my report against Hamad Hospital, because the other reports were directed to their departments. Al Rayan report is being investigated by a doctor from Al Rayan police centre. When I told him that Doctor Mona said that my physiotherapy file is lost and she cannot bring it and asked me to bring it, he said that when Dr. Mona needs something she tells him and he brings it from under the ground. When I enquired about reserving my complaint against Doha College, he said that is because it is not under their control or authority, and that I can sew the school if I want. Few days later I went back to tell Doctor Mona what I heard from the chief of the prosecution, she told me that the file was brought but it does not have other than the details of my first treatment session with Rahma, the second that I got the infection during and was treated by Aurora has no mention. I saw that the date of the first hour of therapy was wrong, and they also forged the results of a test for me, that show I had a serious bacterial infection. Doctor Mona showed me the result of the test that was done during my first appointment at the Women’s Hospital after I was referred by Qatar Petroleum Clinic. That test was done on the 24th of November 2005, and Doctor Mona showed me that it had four bacterial infections which Klebsiella is a branch of one of them. I answered and that is why they referred me to physiotherapy without prescribing antibiotics! She said that she got lost because of the size of my files, I said my papers are organized based on the subject and according to the dates, as those papers were when I handed them to you. I shall find you the proof for their lies. What about my second session with Aurora and the two referrals there after that for the treatment of coccydenia? She said there was nothing in my file except the first session with Rahma in December 2005. I said that date is wrong and that I was infected during the second session with Aurora, between February and March, and she is the one I suspected at that time. She said that their investigations showed that there were no Klebsiela infections at that centre during that time. I asked her if there were other medical investigations centres because Mr. Osama Marwan said that another doctor from the Rayan police centre is investigating my report against Aspetar, she replied that they are the only medical investigations centre, and if my case is sent for investigation it will be directed to her or to one of her colleagues. I went home and found in my files the same test done in the same month at Qatar Petroleum Clinic and it was clear. That test was sent to Hamad Hospital Lab with my ID number because they are not certified to do it at Qatar Petroleum Clinic as I was told then.
5th April, I called Doctor Mona and said that I found the test that is similar to the one she showed me, and that it was done in November 9 at Qatar Petroleum Clinic but it was sent to Hamad Hospital Labs, and the result was clean. She said to bring it to her. At 9:30 I was at the police medical investigations building, the door is closed and the employee who always lets me ih with a wide smile, today called on me as he would call a lost boy, to go back and hand him the papers because Doctor Mona is not there. I said she asked me to bring them an hour ago and I have other papers that need some explaining ( 5 tests for the ESR, that show the state of my bones, the first was 34, when I asked doctor Assem to order it for me, and he and Doctor Hammoudah denied it and hid the result and I was not able to get it except after asking the manager of the lab, and the last test last month in Lebanon, the result is 65. And the first vitamin D test with result 7, which was done after I asked for it in December 2006, after many visits since May 2005 at the endocrinology clinic when my TSH was 0 for many months. May be she would stop trying to convince me that my bone problems and the pain that prevents me from sleeping are normal age related problems and that I was prone to having them. With the papers I left her also is the letter I took to Mr. Osama Marwan that I took to him last week and he refused to receive, where I cleared the confusion he caused in my report numbers and the authorization he sent to the medical investigations.
I left her the papers with the employee who gave me her mobile number when I asked him when can I call her? And I continued to the public prosecution to hand in the letter concerning the group research published by my son’s criminal doctor and the criminals behind his power (Prosecution and Courts). Mr. Issmat said that Mr. Eid Al Muhannadi is at the courts and I should come back tomorrow. I called Doctor Mona and asked if if she could give me a copy of the forged test result that she showed me last week, she said she cannot do that. I said I shall ask Mr. Marwan then for a copy, she said I could try. When I entered the room, Mr. Osama Marwan head of the public prosecution pointed at the seat asking me to sit down, and when I told him what I want, he inquired about the subject more. I told him that Doctor Mona showed me a forged test result last week, and today I sent her the proof that it is forged, and I asked if I could get a copy of the forged report? While I sat there the Indian assistant came back angry as if he found the proof for my conviction and gave the prosecutor a copy of my letter that he refused to keep last week, and attached to it the prosecution order to Doctor Mona to investigate all my reports. Here Mr. Osama asked me if I had given this letter to anyone oin the public prosecution building last week? I replied: No. And when he inquired again he asked if I gave it to Doctor Mona? I said that I left it to her this morning with the other papers she asked for. He continued to inquire about what I wanted, and where did I get this information from? I said as I told you last week, Doctor Mona had called me to tell me that my physiotherapy file where I received the infection, is missing. And she asked if I could bring it to her because she cannot help me without it. After that she found the file but it is forged and missing three sessions including the second where I was treated by Aurora and got the infection and went to the emergency. And lately she showed me a forged test result at the Women’s Hospital that shows I already had a bacterial infection before they referred me to physiotherapy, and without treating me with antibiotics. Today I sent her the proof that the test was forged and I want a copy of it. He asked what I meant by forged? I said the same test done in the same month and it is clean. Mr. Osama said that he was planning to call me but he should wait till the investigations are finished. And that by my handing in those papers to Doctor Mona I caused the investigations to take longer, because now she has to check with the Women’s Hospital again regarding the forged test. I told him I am planning to leave after the court hearing on 19 April. He said that he will call me before that, and asked me to rest from these many trips and assured me that if I have a right I will get it.
I left to Hamad Hospital, the files department, where there are forms to fill to get a copy of the report. I was told I should get the approval of the doctor and her signature on the form. I went straight to the reports section at the Women’s Hospital, I told them I only want a photocopy of a test that was done on 24th November 2005 and got a copy of the test which turned out to be very clear, and the employee said that it was the only test in my file. I called Doctor Mona but she did not reply, I went to the medical investigations centre, I asked the employee to take a photocopy of the test, I went to Doctor Mona’s office and found her very angry and offended and Doctor Nivine on the other desk. She exclaimed angrily: You come to me everyday Amal! I replied that I called you this morning and told you that the test you showed me last week is forged and I have the proof, because I have the same test done in the same month at Qatar Petroleum Clinic, you asked me to bring it to you, I left it with the employee. And now I found you the same report that you showed me last week and told me that there is four kinds of infection in it, you showed me their names and said that Klebsiella was a branch of one of them, I brought it to you from the files of the Women’s Hospital of Hamad Hospital and it is clear. (She always called me to come to bring her the missing file, reports from doctors in Lebanon or information from the internet that backs up my case, the right numbers of the reports after I read them on the phone, and to bring her the test I found, I only visited her twice lately, without her asking me to come after I called few times and she did not answer, now she is fed up by my visits). Any way you can continue your investigations if you want, but I understood everything and I am certain enough.
May the investigations of the hereafter be faster, wickeder and more bitter.
